1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pulibet ("pulibet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the pulibet website located at pulibet.asia and all associated services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the pulibet Platform — whether by visiting the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pulibet Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the pulibet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations recognized by PAGCOR. pulibet strictly enforces this age restriction and reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents to verify your age at any time.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of pulibet or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the pulibet Platform for any reason, including self-exclusion.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

pulibet employs age verification procedures during the registration process and at the point of first withdrawal. Where pulibet has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accrued during a period of underage use may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the pulibet Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change. pulibet is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pulibet login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified pulibet of unauthorized access.

• Account registration is free of charge.
• pulibet reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month, deducted from the account balance, after prior written notice to the registered email address.
• pulibet may require Know Your Customer (KYC) document verification before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the pulibet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pulibet supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

pulibet does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit cards, cryptocurrency, or any other payment method not listed above. Attempts to fund your account using prohibited payment methods will be declined and may trigger an account review.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. pulibet reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash / PayMaya: Typically within 5–30 minutes of approval
• Bank Transfer: Same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM PHT; next business day for requests submitted after 3:00 PM PHT

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pulibet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all pulibet promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. pulibet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• pulibet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds that exceed the maximum cashout limit specified in the promotion terms will be removed from the account balance at the time of withdrawal.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the pulibet Platform — including live dealer games, online slots, bingo, and specialty games — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

pulibet is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. All random number generator (RNG) based games are independently tested and certified for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers under real-time supervision. Game outcomes are determined solely by the applicable game mechanics and are not influenced by pulibet or any third party.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and all wagers refunded to the player's account balance.
• pulibet's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing wagers. pulibet is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection during a game round.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pulibet Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Creating or operating more than one account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pulibet staff or other players
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or account suspensions

8. Responsible Gaming

pulibet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pulibet account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account dashboard.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the pulibet Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pulibet Platform — including but not limited to the pulibet brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pulibet or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pulibet Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pulibet content without prior written consent
• Use the pulibet name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation
• Create derivative works based on any pulibet content
• Use any pulibet content for commercial purposes

Any unauthorised use of pulibet intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action under applicable Philippine law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pulibet and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond pulibet's reasonable control
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Reliance on any information, content, or promotional material published on the Platform
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers

The pulibet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pulibet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game offered thereon.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pulibet's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy & Data

pulibet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the pulibet Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pulibet implements industry-standard security measures — including TLS 1.3 encryption, secure data storage, and access controls — to protect your personal and financial information. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and pulibet cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

pulibet will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Personal data may be shared with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors where required by applicable Philippine law or as necessary to operate the Platform.

12. Amendments to These Terms

pulibet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pulibet will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the pulibet Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting pulibet customer support.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and pulibet, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting pulibet customer support. pulibet will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms.
